Deputy Finance Manager - Gandour - Lebanon

- Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters
- Co-lead in the production of financial statements and applications, preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence on time ,as required
- Plan, organize and manage own workload to ensure his contribution to the company’s monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner
- Lead in the production of cost and budgeting reports, and prepare the monthly costing sheets of the imported purchased goods and materials
- Resolution of finance related queries
- Co-lead with end of month and year preparation and procedures
- Follow up the periodical payment schedules to the suppliers
- Direct control on receivables section to ensure the accuracy of the transactions and the timely generation of the reports and accounts reconciliation
- Direct control on treasury section to ensure the accuracy of the transactions, the daily and timely reports, the banks reconciliation and the cash control reports
- Provide financial support to team members
- Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role

Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
- CPA and CMA are an advantage
- Knowledge of ERP Accounting System
- Proficient in MS-Office application
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Cost Accounting experience is a must
- Internal control/ Audit experience is a plus
- 7/10 years of experience in Finance
- Good communication and listening skills
- Good organizational skills used in planning own work
- Calm and professional disposition
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines
- Able to work in a busy office environment that often demands high levels of concentration
- Able to respond effectively to changing priorities
- Able to manage high volume workload
