Description
Candidate will analyze English & Arabic social media content captured from all over the web, and compile reports that will help clients understand their brand reputation, consumer behavior, consumer sentiment, position with reference to competition, etc. Candidate will work closely with senior social media analyst. Candidate will get trained on social media, but must have prior research experience
Responsibilities
- This position will be responsible for data validation, cleansing, collection, and reporting.
- Need to implement listening queries in social media measurement tools to monitor "brand-specific" online conversation in target relevant sites.
- Project setup; researching organizations, markets and brands; preparing and conducting searches.
- Be able to find and/or access primary sources of market data and intelligence.
- Have good research skills and familiarity with data sources on varies social media platforms.
- Maintain familiarity with social media tools.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and a rapidly-changing market space.
- Working knowledge of consumer-generated media and internet-based research.
- Contribute to high-quality, client ready research reports within assigned time.
- Be able to identify new and interesting sites to include in analyses, perform both quantitative and qualitative analyses on data, choose relevant and interesting verbatim, and support all findings.
- Own small sections of the report and be responsible for data quality and analyses.
- Meet internal and external project deadlines to ensure client satisfaction.
- Perform other work as required to meet business needs.
- Other duties as assigned by Dubai Head Office.

- Self starter with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Candidate must have strong interest in social networking.
- Must have at least 2 years of working experience, preferably related to media.
- Must have excellent written English & excellent understanding of Arabic language and French
- Must have excellent Power Point & Excel Skills.
- Must have excellent research skills.
