To integrate on a full-time basis the in-house legal team for the following missions:
- Monitoring and follow-up on various trials/lawsuits of the group.
- Building-up official legal links/connections and strengthening of various relationship with the courthouse, legal cabinets, lawyers and various official stakeholders.
- Participation to the building-up of the legal secretarial department of the group.
- Development and participation in the negotiations and drafting of contracts.
- Monitoring of legal regulation and periodic reporting.
- Bring assistance and advice to various companies, mainly to the decision makers of the Group.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Higher education degree in Law.
- At least 15 years of experience as "Lawyer/Jurist".
- Knowledge of maritime laws. Professional experience in this field is a plus.
- Autonomous, decision-maker, stress holder, trouble shooter and excellent team player.
- Fluent in Arabic, French and English, with excellent speech ability.
- Computer literate.
