Description
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop marketing and communications plans that leverage the social media space
- Develops content across owned and earned social channels. This could include blog posts, tweets, status updated, pins, photos and videos
- Creates, manages and grows business presence across social media channels, including but not limited to blogs, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram
- Updates and monitors user-generated content on social media outlets
- Researches and analyzes online communities, trends and conversations
- Stays current in the latest tools and social media tactics being used by brands, and in how to take advantage of opportunities to use new technologies and approaches
- Monitors effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of social media programs. Analyzes, reviews, and reports on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results
- Monitor and engage in online conversations about the company and resolve consumer complaints found online
- Conducts public opinion and attitude surveys online to identify the interests and concerns of key groups served by the organization
- Trains and advises staff on the use of social media channels
- Coordinate with the company in charge of Transmed’s website in order to finalize improvements and proceed with launching
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Journalism, English or related field
- Two or more years of interactive marketing/social media related experience
- Experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube & Instagram
- Concise writing skills with proper spelling and grammar
