The Travel Consultant is responsible for the ticketing procedure, hotel reservation and package reservation of current and new leisure clients according to his portfolio.
- Handles reservations request by phone or e-mail within same working day and as per company’s best practice.
- Handles reservations to sell: hotel, car, insurance and all other services offered by the company to the client.
- Follows up on queries.
- Follows up on payments.
- Informs passenger of rules and regulations concerning his travel.
- Inserts and updates customers’ profiles into the system.
- Ensures invoices are issued daily.
- Ensures compliance on company’s travel policy.
- He / She must be single point of contact for each client.
- Reports problems instantly to the Branch Manager.

Requirements
- A Diploma in Ticketing, Tourism or a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Travel agency field.
- Excellent Arabic and English. French is a plusKnowledge of the Company’s activities.
- General Knowledge in Geography.Ability to understand many areas of travel content.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Customer Oriented.
- Business and Telephone etiquette.
- Cross Selling and Up Selling techniques.
- Organization skills and Time Management.
