- Report to the IT Manager
- Primary point of infrastructure support for end-users
- Maintain ticketing support system, manage, escalate and organize tickets flow
- Troubleshoot and solve technical problems on various types of computer systems and software, both remotely and onsite in an efficient manner
- Communicate with customers and technical personnel in both written and oral form
- Perform implementation of application upgrades and/or new releases
- Assist in documentation of third party application systems, process flows and technical release notes for the purpose of recovery, patches, enhancements and upgrades
Qualifications
- Engineering Degree is a must
- Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows environment
- Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and ForeFront
- Very Good knowledge of Virtualization concepts
- Very Good knowledge of basic hardware troubleshooting
- Good knowledge in networking concepts
- Microsoft certifications
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position
