Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, operate & configure company products & systems at customer sites.
- Pre-commission activities including system checkout, instrumentation calibration, loop checks, and communication testing.
- Test and tune including machinery testing, control loop tuning and troubleshooting.
- Provide remote technical support, systems engineering support and troubleshooting.
- Instructs customer in product usage. Must be able to anticipate and assess customer-training needs, train in the field & from remote sites to ensure customer operation of equipment in timely, efficient, economical & safe manner.
- Prepare administrative documents, complete and submit expense reports and complete other documentation such as aftermarket support documents as required and in a timely manner.
- Review blueprints, plans and other documents as required.
- Demonstrates professionalism under unique and challenging circumstances.
- Follow all company safety policies & procedures, respond to change and handle other duties as required.
Requirements
- Has 5+ years with industrial automation and controls engineering expertise in rotating equipment, Oil & Gas processes.
- Demonstrates a strong history of meeting and exceeding exceptional field service.
- Effectively represents Compressor Controls as the industry leader in Total Train Control.
- Has the ability to provide competent demonstration of CCC controls and technology as necessary.
- Holds a minimum of Bachelors degree in Engineering.
- Must be eligible and able to work immediately in the U.A.E, Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written) and is ready to begin an exciting & rewarding career with Compressor Controls today.
