Responsibilities
- Experience in a support role managing inbound support queries
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
- Handle inbound email inquiries on on-site live chat
- Continually improve the customer experience
- Take the lead on customer outreach to ensure we proactively meet and exceed expectations
- Be the eyes and ears of LivingSocial within a city
- Reward customers through unique rewards and loyalty programs
Required Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Customer/Client-facing experience
- Fun, outgoing personality who can help spread the LivingSocial brand
- Analytical mindset that can identify and solve problems
- Top-notch oral and written skills
- Be goal-oriented, self-motivated, creative, flexible and adaptable to new situations
- Ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing to meet deadlines
- Comfortable answering calls in Arabic and English - French a plus
