The Human Resources Office in Beirut Campus is currently looking for an HR Generalist to assist in the HR Office tasks.
Responsibilities
- Handles and supervises the student NSSF and medical insurance registration process.
- Resolves all conflicts and problems pertinent to student insurance and NSSF.
- Assists in preparing NSSF bordereaux and in entering insurance claims on the HR System.
- Actively participates in managing the HR website, assisting in developing and maintaining all relevant content.
- Backs up and supports payroll management activities.
- Handles the filing of documents in employees’ physical records and the scanning of all these documents in their electronic records.
- Processes requests for employment certificates and statements.
- Participates in the office employee relation activities.
- Ensures the smooth operation of office equipment and supplies, and requests maintenance in case needed.
- Attends to visitors and callers answering their requests diligently.
- Monitors the work of student assistants.
- Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned.
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum 2 years experience in an administrative environment, and preferably in the HR domain.
- Effective verbal and written English and Arabic skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Well-developed computer skills. Knowledge of Oracle applications is a plus.
- Knowledge of web content development is desired.
- Familiarity with payroll processing is a plus.
