Looking for a supervisor to manage a team of telemarketers in our head office in Sin El Fil.
General Duties:
- Manage, train and recruit the telesales team.
- Insure his team is achieving their goals, guiding and inspiring them.
- To motivate his team to achieve the highest levels of performance
- Responsible of building an effective team of telemarketers
- Training the team on professional calling
- Responsible for achieving sales targets
- Review team performances and provide feedback for improvements
- Responsible for the success and operation of the sales.
- Overseeing their desks on a daily basis.
- Prepare and handle daily meetings and contests for motivation.
- Coordinate with marketing department.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve it.
- Others duties as assigned by management.
- Work on the selling script of every telemarketer
- Prepare daily contests for telesales
- Work on targets
Skills and qualifications:
- Previous telesales/sales experience is a MUST
- Experience in managing a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation and listening skills
- Creative
- Positive attitude and able to generate the right solutions
- Able to meet targets and set sales strategies
- Able to recruit and build an effective team
- Able to train the team on a professional calling and phone etiquette
