JOB DESCRIPTION
- Collaborates with the online marketing manager to develop and implement online marketing and communications plans that leverage the social media space.
- Publishes content across all key social media channels, including blogs, posts, tweets, status updates, pins, photos and videos…
- Creates, manages and grows optimized business presence across social media channels,including but not limited to blogs, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+ and Instagram…
- Updates and monitors user-generated content on social media outlets.
- Researches and analyzes online communities, trends and conversations.
- Stays current in the latest tools and social media tactics being used by brands, and in how to take advantage of opportunities to use new technologies and approaches.
- Analyzes, reviews, and reports on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.
- Monitors and engages in online conversations and resolve consumer complaints found online.
- Conducts public opinion and attitude surveys online to identify the interests and concerns of key groups served by the organization.
- Advises staff on the use of social media channels and push them to take part of conversations and likes.
- Constantly measure the impact and results of social media on the overall marketing efforts with different tracking and analysis tools. Review what is working and what needs improvement.
- Generate status reports on social media efforts and success rates.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Self-motivated and curious to know everything about social media channels and online marketing.
- Dedicated and professional, with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent English and Arabic (extra languages are a plus).
- Creative and Detail-oriented.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- In-depth knowledge and excellent understanding of all key social media platforms including: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIN, Pinterest, Youtube, Google+, and Instagram…
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
