Allo Taxi is looking for a Call Center Night Manager. Some of the CCNM responsibilities are to monitor the night shift team's activities, to make sure incoming calls are answered in a timely manner and customers receive the accurate information they are seeking, to monitor the proper use of the call center equipments.
Requirements:
- BT in Administration or Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Night Shift Supervisor
