Reporting to the Marketing Director you will be responsible for overseeing all online acquisition based business development, manage the creative development and execution of email marketing, hold responsibility for the online search strategy (SEM/SEO), manage all CPA and PPC marketing tools, negotiate and review affiliate advertising agreements.
Responsibilities
- Establish retention-friendly online acquisition best practices to successfully increase daily new user acquisition numbers.
- Monitor tracking, delivery and campaign performance providing performance analysis and reports.
- Conduct daily analysis of all activities and report against budgets, and creating and implementing action items out of this reporting to outperform KPI's.
- Execute media buys of various online deal structures including CPA and PPC.
- Sustain our continued growth via online search strategies (SEM/SEO).
- Applying solid technical know-how to enable you to manage and develop the acquisition tools use.
- Creatively identify, evaluate and recruit new affiliate partners, monitor and maintain relationships and review and negotiate affiliate advertising partnerships.
- Manage concurrent online campaigns and reporting.
Skills
- Tertiary qualified with 5+ years of directly related experience gained on client-side you are a strategic, analytical thinker with a thorough understanding of online creative development, strong working experience around online deal structures and sound technical ability.
- Must have hands-on experience at building and optimizing online acquisition campaigns
- Should demonstrate high level of dedication to numerous competing priorities you must be able to hit the ground running and grasp new concepts quickly.
